Ashley Roque is a Cuban American from Miami, Florida and this morning she'll be speaking on the "Aunt Lydia Syndrome: The Purity Culture in the Handmaid's Tale." She is currently writing a book on a theology of pleasure and the traditional concept of purity in evangelical Christianity.
