Of Grief and Love

Be kind and loving to yourself as you practice this meditation.

If your mind wanders, that's okay. Simply observe it and return to your breath. "The sheer practice of focusing and bringing the attention back to the breath helps calm the mind and embrace the many mixed feelings associated with grief as they arise,” says Dr. Juhee Jahlani.

We invite any and all emotions with the many levels of grief occurring in and around us right now.

You are loved.
