Join us on Sunday November 4, 2018 when we welcome special guest, Scott Mocha to Mission Hills! Scott Mocha is a business owner, an artist, an advocate, a husband, a father, and a passionate follower of Jesus.  After committing to just a 30-day-trial of Christianity in 2004, Scott surprisingly found his place and heart amongst believers; sharing truth about his journey to and through the Christian world with an oddly comical authenticity.  In 2008 Scott was ordained through Destiny Church International to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the world, and sent as a missionary to Paris, France, where he joined others to form the church C3Paris.  He later moved back to the United States to study and serve, assisting in several church plants in and around the Los Angeles area while making his living in the world of high-end visualization and virtual reality, which would eventually be the industry for his own business.   Scott thankfully met the love of his life, an amazing choral conductor and Jazz vocalist, Christine Tavares in 2012.  They married in less than one year, and continue to passionately seek ways to share the true Gospel of Jesus with the world, together.

Scott and Christine now live in Stevenson Ranch, CA with their two boys, Jackson and Cole, and can be found perusing garage sales or ballroom dancing as babysitter availability allows.
