Atheism For Lent

Atheism For Lent is here again, starting on Ash Wednesday, February 17th! If you’re new to Atheism For Lent, it is a 40 day Lenten journey curated by author Peter Rollins exploring beyond the bounds of traditional theism and atheism through a variety of different readings, podcasts, art, and teachings of writers, thinkers, and artists — ancient and modern. It will involve more time and “homework” than our traditional community groups, but I would recommend taking a look at as much of the weekly material as possible and don’t worry if you get behind!

If you’re interested in participating, send us a message so we can prepare for numbers ahead of time and get everyone the information before we start on Ash Wednesday.

Everyone participating will get access to a huge treasure trove of articles, podcasts, book excerpts, and videos - one for every day of Lent. Each week is carefully curated to bring people on a journey in which they gradually experience first hand how theism and atheism intersect with and encompass their opposite. In addition to this, each Sunday Peter Rollins will provide a talk that everyone can watch live or later.
